They focus on seasonal, unprocessed and locally sourced ingredients, making it ideal for a balanced, nourishing meal. 🥗

Little Update✨:

- Feeling much more like myself this week and my runs have been feeling gooood, with that beautiful weather on Sunday making everything easier.
- Hit 24km, our longest run yet! Energy and breathing felt solid, but my body definitely Antioxidant-Rich Side Salad 🌿

Haven’t been making many new meals recently but I always try to pair the simple things I do make with big, colourful, nutrient-rich salads and this is such a nice one & looks preetty too.

- Since last Friday, my momentum and progress really dropped off. The lead-up to that time of the month is no joke, why doesn’t it get easier?! I wanted to eat everything in sight and the thought of exercise or running felt imp The brunch foooooooood ✨

- 21 km ✅ Never thought I’d see the day we’d make it from home to Hampstead Heath, through Camden Market then to Regent’s Park. Such a nice route—no crazy hills, stable energy the whole way. Shoutout to m One of the go-tos: steak salad. 🥩🥗
